Always a good experience and end product

Ordered two thousand flags. NOT A SINGLE FLAG was made properly. The quality is horrendous. WARNING: this company closed ranks and began to repeatedly lie during the claims process. Taking facts out of context, grumping about 'you get what you pay for' and yes, in this case that is true. If you want your flags to drape without bunching, finishing stitching pulling together, catching and breaking when handled, then sure, buy from these shysters. It was such a poor experience (they forgot to manufacture a portion of the order too!) that this veteran importer is questioning whether to buy from China again.
